The purpose of the The Bull City Golf Club is to function as the support arm of our parent organization - The Bull City Golf Club Youth Foundation, Inc. Through external financial support coupled with year long activities sponsored by our organization, we are able to provide constructive and meaningful life experiences to youth organizations throuhgout Durham and its surrounding areas. By remaining totally dedicated and committed to our purpose, the Bull City Golf Club has built a solid reputation as one of the most effective non-profit organizations in Research Triangle, North Carolina. Since our inception in the spring of 1975, the Bull City Golf Club has actively pursued its mission by extensively promoting our annual Bull City Open Golf Championship. This annual week-end competition has escalated to the point where tournament participants represent 17 states and 4 foreign countries. The Bull City Golf Club along with its parent organization is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established under the offical guidelines of the Internal Revenue Service Code. This designation enables all contributions to the foundation to be tax deductible by both corporations and individuals. All activities of the Bull City Golf Club/Foundation are governed by a seven(7) member Board of Directors elected by our club membership.
